Trapezodial fenders
WILLBRANDT trapezoidal fenders are also used worldwide and are frequently used in applications where a small distance must be maintained between the quay wall and vessel (e.g. crane with short booms).
Trapezoidal fenders are available with and without vulcanised steel plate at the top. The steel plate version can be installed as a fender system, e.g. with premounted steel structure and/or PE protecting strips for guidance purposes.
Element fenders are a modification of the trapezoidal fender. These fenders function according to the same principle.
They are normally fitted vertically or horizontally to structures.
